Our client, a respected accountancy practice based in North London, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their friendly team. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a busy office environment, providing administrative support while playing an important role in the smooth running of the office.

This position would suit someone with 1–2 years' experience in an administrative role, preferably within an accountancy, legal, or professional services environment, who is organized, proactive, and enjoys working as part of a busy team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing day-to-day administrative support, including managing emails, answering calls, and responding to client enquiries.
  • Assisting with the onboarding of new clients and maintaining accurate records on the firm's Practice Management System.
  • Coordinating meetings, diaries, and general office administration.
  • Organising and maintaining electronic client files and documentation.
  • Preparing correspondence, updating databases, and carrying out data entry with a high level of accuracy.
  • Liaising with clients and internal teams to ensure queries are handled efficiently.
  • Assisting with invoice preparation and supporting the billing process.
  • Providing administrative support to the Finance team.

Key Requirements:

  • Previous experience within an administrative or office support role.
  • Experience within an accountancy, legal, or other professional services environment is advantageous.
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.

  • A positive, proactive, and professional approach.
