Greentek Energy Ltd is looking for an organised and proactive Office Administrator to support our growing renewable energy and construction business.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming telephone calls and emails.
- Manage customer enquiries and appointments.
- Prepare quotations, invoices, and general paperwork.
- Maintain organised customer records and filing systems.
- Liaise with engineers, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Assist with scheduling installations and site visits.
- Order office materials and monitor stock.
- Support directors with day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Help ensure projects run smoothly from enquiry to completion.

Requirements
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Strong written and spoken English.
- Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Professional telephone manner.

Previous office administration experience preferred. Experience within construction or renewable energy is desirable but not essential.
Salary: £28,000–£30,000 per year (depending on experience)
