We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily administrative tasks, ensuring smooth office operations, and providing excellent support to staff and clients. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong organisational skills and experience in office administration to contribute to a professional and dynamic environment.
Duties:
- Manage incoming calls with professional phone etiquette and direct enquiries appropriately
- Putting together proposals and quotations, managing the CRM system
- Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and maintaining calendars
- Support accounts payable/receivable processes including invoicing and expense tracking
- Ensure the office environment remains tidy and well-stocked with necessary supplies
- Collaborate with team members to improve administrative procedures

Requirements:
- Proven office experience with strong organisational abilities
- Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent data entry accuracy
- Ensure engineers and apprentices have their schedules filled with work
- Strong administrative experience with a keen eye for detail
- Experience with Plumbing and Heating desirable but not essential
- Ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated organisational skills with the capacity to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
- Knowledge of clerical procedures and office management practices
