πŸš€ Culture Guru is partnering with a long-established contractor in the built environment who, after more than two decades, has built a reputation as a trusted partner across both public and private sector projects. Based in East London, they're looking for a genuinely brilliant Office Administrator to become the beating heart of a busy, growing team.

πŸ’« This is not a quiet corner-of-the-office admin job. You'll be the person everyone comes to – the one who knows where things are, what's booked, who's starting on Monday and why the printer is doing that thing again. Supporting a team of around 90 people and working closely with Heads of Department and senior leadership, you'll keep the office (and everyone in it) running like clockwork.

⭐ There's real scope here to improve how things are done. If you're the sort of person who spots a clunky process and quietly fixes it, you'll fit right in.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer β€” it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet β€” that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
