Kinaxia are looking to recruit an Office Administrator to join their team at their site in Telford. The role of the Administrator will be to provide general administration support to ensure effective and efficient service levels are being delivered and maintained.

About The Job

  • Complete general administrative duties in an efficient and effective manner to deliver a world class service.
  • Create and maintain a relevant and structured filing systems to establish an organised department.
  • Answer and direct queries promptly and in a professional manner providing accurate information to ensure excellent customer service is being delivered to both internal and external customers.
  • Maintain any appropriate databases, which may include inputting data into the warehouse stock system, in addition to collating information required, checking and reconciling data where appropriate and identifying and resolving any discrepancies to ensure 100% accuracy.
  • Assist in the development of processes and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
  • Continually audit the accuracy of information held to ensure standards are being adhered to.
  • Work in a safe and tidy manner complying with all health and safety regulations to ensure both yourself and the Company are compliant.
  • Communicate professionally with the relevant departments ensuring they have accurate and timely information.
  • Monitor all information to ensure it is up to date and held in a secure location in order to comply with GDPR legislation.
