Office Administrator
Location: Holborn, Central London
Salary: £29,000 per annum
Working Pattern: Full-time | 4 days in the office, 1 day working from home (following probation)
The Opportunity
We're looking for an organised, proactive, and personable Office Administrator to join a growing professional services business based in the heart of Holborn.
This is a fantastic opportunity to become a key part of a busy and collaborative team, supporting the day-to-day running of the office while working closely with multiple departments across the business.

Key Responsibilities
As the Office Administrator, you will:
- Provide day-to-day administrative support across the business.
- Prepare, format, and maintain professional documents, reports, and presentations.
- Manage supplier questionnaires, contracts, purchase orders, and invoicing.
- Coordinate meetings, book meeting rooms, and arrange catering when required.
- Organise travel and accommodation for employees and senior leaders.
- Welcome visitors, clients, and interview candidates, ensuring a professional first impression.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, post, and courier services.
- Maintain accurate records, databases, and internal filing systems.
- Support compliance, health & safety, and general office administration.
- Assist with company events, employee engagement activities, and business projects.
- Build strong relationships with colleagues and provide administrative support wherever needed.

About You
We're looking for someone who has:
- At least 12 months' experience in an Administration, Office Administrator, Business Support, or Office Coordinator role.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- A positive, can-do approach and a willingness to get involved.
