We are looking for a highly organised, proactive, and reliable Office Administrator to join a busy and growing business. This varied role is ideal for someone who enjoys:

The successful candidate will provide administrative, organisational, and operational support across the business while maintaining a professional and efficient working environment.
Key Responsibilities
General Administration
- Manage daily administrative functions of the office
- Answer and direct telephone calls and emails professionally
- Maintain both electronic and paper filing systems
- Prepare correspondence, reports, documents, and spreadsheets
- Provide administrative support to senior managers as required

Operational Support
- Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and external service providers
- Raise and process purchase orders
- Maintain records relating to equipment, assets, and hired resources
- Assist with health and safety administration, ensuring records are up to date
Essential Skills & Experience

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications:
