Overview

The Opportunity:

[Office Administrators] perform several key roles, including:

  • Reception duties
  • Creating courier/shipping labels
  • Sorting packages and documentation
  • Coordinating office inventory
  • Handling miscellaneous office tasks
  • Assisting with inbound emails and client correspondence

You will report directly to the team manager and, as part of collaborative efforts, occasionally contribute to group projects.

The Day-to-Day

Core Responsibilities

  • Manage front office reception, including:
    • Welcoming interviews and clients
    • Ensuring a high standard of in-office experience
  • Produce courier/shipping labels for packages/documentation to and from employees/clients
  • Assist the Client Operations department with sending packages/documentation
  • Maintain office inventory, including stock and stock levels
  • Place orders with external vendors for supplies
  • Manage general inbound email, directing messages to the appropriate team members
  • Coordinate access to building facilities for visiting clients and new employees
  • Perform other miscellaneous administrative tasks as required
