Office Administrator
Stockport - fully on site
Contract Type: Permanent, full time and reduced hours considered
Salary: £25,000 - £27,000 per annum

Our client, a dynamic organisation based in Stockport, is seeking a talented Office Administrator to join their team! If you thrive in a busy environment and enjoy supporting a team, this role is perfect for you!
Key Responsibilities:
As an Office Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the office. Your duties will include:
- Communication Champion: Answering calls with a warm and welcoming demeanour, providing information and guidance, and escalating issues when necessary.
- Visitor Engagement: Greeting visitors to the office with a friendly smile, ensuring sign-in procedures are followed, and facilitating meeting hospitality as required.
- Subcontractor Support: Processing new subcontractors in the system and managing timesheets.
- Invoice Processing: Efficiently processing invoices through the system to ensure timely payments and smooth financial operations.
- Delivery Coordination: Requesting and uploading delivery notes as needed to maintain accurate records.
- Email Management: Managing incoming emails and forwarding messages to the appropriate team members to ensure effective communication.
- Documentation Filing: Filing documentation in accordance with company policies to maintain an organised office environment.
- Supply Monitoring: Keeping an eye on office supplies and consumables, ordering new stock as required to keep our office running smoothly.
- Financial Support: Assisting with petty cash and expenses as delegated by the management team.
- Compliance Adherence: Following company rules and procedures and ensuring compliance with all Health and Safety requirements.
- Additional Duties: Taking on any other reasonable tasks as required to support the team and enhance office productivity.

What We're Looking For:
- Previous administration experience.
- A positive attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Proficiency in using office software and ERP systems.
