Office Administrator Role at Fisher Investments Europe
The Opportunity
Office Administrators perform multifunctional tasks including reception duties, managing logistics, and supporting group projects. Reporting directly to the Team Manager, this role involves collaboration with various departments across the firm.
Key Responsibilities (The Day-to-Day)

Front Office Operations & Client Support
- Operate reception greeting visitors, interviewees, and clients
- Ensure a seamless in-office experience meeting required standards

Logistics & Documentation
- Create and manage courier/shipping labels
- Sort and distribute packages/documentation—notably with our Client Operations team
- Coordinate office inventory, maintaining stock levels

External Vendor Management
- Process inventory orders with third-party suppliers

Email & Communication Coordination
- Handle inbound emails, routing them to the appropriate teams/departments
- No fewer than 16 weeks’ maternity pay top-up
- Manage request for building access passes for visitors/new hires
