About The Role

We’re looking for a confident, highly organised front of house Office Administrator to be the first point of contact for our newly built R&D campus and the backbone of our office operations. If you thrive in a busy, customer facing environment and love keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, this could be the perfect fit.

You’ll be the welcoming face of the company for visitors, clients, and our home based sales team who regularly visit the site. You’ll manage day to day office administration, coordinate meetings and events, and support multiple departments with a friendly, professional touch.

What You’ll Do

Greet and assist visitors, clients, and colleagues in a warm, professional manner. Manage office supplies, meeting room bookings, and event logistics (including catering and setup for sales‑team visits). Coordinate with contractors, service providers, and internal teams to keep the site running smoothly. Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and general office correspondence. Support cross‑departmental administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and light coordination. Act as a visible, positive brand ambassador for the site, reflecting our values in every interaction.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
