About The Role
We’re looking for a confident, highly organised front of house Office Administrator to be the first point of contact for our newly built R&D campus and the backbone of our office operations. If you thrive in a busy, customer facing environment and love keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, this could be the perfect fit.

You’ll be the welcoming face of the company for visitors, clients, and our home based sales team who regularly visit the site. You’ll manage day to day office administration, coordinate meetings and events, and support multiple departments with a friendly, professional touch.
What You’ll Do
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and colleagues in a warm, professional manner. Manage office supplies, meeting room bookings, and event logistics (including catering and setup for sales‑team visits). Coordinate with contractors, service providers, and internal teams to keep the site running smoothly. Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and general office correspondence. Support cross‑departmental administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and light coordination. Act as a visible, positive brand ambassador for the site, reflecting our values in every interaction.
What We’re Looking For
Proven front‑of‑house or office administration experience, ideally in a customer‑facing environment such as reception, hospitality, or a busy office setting. Excellent communication skills and a warm, professional, confident manner. Strong organisational ability and a keen eye for detail; you’re comfortable managing multiple tasks and priorities. Ability to work independently and take ownership of your workload with minimal supervision. Good working knowledge of Excel, Word, and Microsoft Teams. A friendly, enthusiastic personality who enjoys working with people and takes pride in creating a welcoming, efficient environment.

What We Offer
37.5 hours per week (Mon–Thu 08:00–16:30, Fri 08:00–13:30), with some flexibility for ad‑hoc requirements. 27 days leave per year plus UK bank holidays. Pension scheme enrolment options. A supportive, collaborative team atmosphere where your contribution is valued.
