We are looking for an individual to join our small and enthusiastic office team!
Focused Events is a market leader in the motorcycle events industry, delivering unforgettable experiences for both riders and manufacturers across the UK and Europe. We are recognised as one of the industry's leading providers of organised motorcycle-based activities.
Our Bookings Team is at the heart of everything we do. They are often the first point of contact for our customers and play a vital role in delivering an exceptional experience from the very first enquiry, through the booking process, and right through to post-event support. They are the face of our business, representing the Focused Events brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and confidence in every interaction.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service by managing enquiries via telephone and email in a friendly, professional, and timely manner.
- Guide customers through the booking process, ensuring they receive accurate information and support from their initial enquiry through to after their event.
- Manage event bookings and maintain accurate customer records.
- Confidently communicate company policies, event information, and terms and conditions, providing clear and consistent advice to customers.
- Build positive relationships with customers while resolving queries and finding practical solutions where appropriate.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across the business, supporting different departments during busy periods.
- Proactively identify, manage, and follow up on customer queries and administrative tasks to ensure nothing is overlooked.
- Liaise professionally with internal teams, manufacturers, venues, and external partners to ensure the smooth delivery of our events.

Due to the type of business, this role will involve some occasional weekend work at our Thakeham office.
