We are a multi-utility provider delivering fully integrated utility infrastructure across residential, industrial, and commercial developments. Our team is growing, and we’re looking for an organised, proactive Office Administrator who can keep operations running smoothly and support both office and on-site colleagues.

As Office Administrator, you will manage the completion of applications for local authority permits, ensuring all submissions are accurate, timely, and compliant with requirements. You’ll take ownership of the coordination and tracking of permits, maintaining up-to-date records and proactively following up on outstanding approvals. A key part of the role involves monitoring the shared email to ensure all emails receive prompt, professional responses. You will act as a central point of contact across the business, supporting communication between internal teams, external clients, and suppliers to keep projects moving smoothly. Alongside this, you’ll provide general office administration support, helping maintain an organised, efficient, and well-run office environment.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
