Office Administrator

At Element Logic, we design, deliver and optimise automated warehouse solutions that help businesses improve efficiency and stay ahead in an increasingly automated world.

As we continue to grow across the UK & Ireland, we're looking for a highly organised and proactive Office Administrator to join our team.

This is far more than a traditional administrative role. You'll be a central point of coordination across the business, working closely with the Managing Director and supporting colleagues across Sales, Delivery, Customer Support Services and HR. From coordinating business operations and supporting key projects to organising events and ensuring our office runs efficiently, you'll help create the structure and support that enables our teams to succeed.

If you enjoy variety, take pride in staying one step ahead, and thrive in a role where every day is different, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

As our Office Administrator, you'll play an important role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the UK & Ireland business by:

  • Managing diaries, schedules and meeting coordination, anticipating priorities and ensuring effective time management.
  • Coordinating incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries and general business correspondence.
  • Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the office, including facilities, company vehicles and coordination of local IT requirements.
  • Organising meetings, team events, customer visits and internal company activities.
  • Building strong working relationships with colleagues, customers, partners and suppliers across the business.
  • Supporting the planning and coordination of local events and partner activities.
  • Assisting with invoicing and administrative processes across our Delivery and Customer Support Services teams.
  • Providing administrative support to the Sales team, including presentations, documentation, CRM administration and sales reporting.
  • Working closely with HR Business Partners to support employee administration and onboarding activities.
  • Coordinating departmental requirements relating to business systems and operational processes.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve internal processes, communication and collaboration across departments.
  • Taking ownership of a wide range of operational and administrative tasks that contribute to the success of the business.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
