Job Summary:
The Office Administrator Intern will be responsible for performing secretarial and administrative duties. Intern will take part in execution of complex and confidential secretarial and administrative assignments. This person will apply advanced computer and process skills with a detailed understanding of the organization’s operation and assist the Exploration Data department administrator with day-to-day activities.

Responsibilities and Duties:
- Support Exploration Data department with logistical support such as events bookings, travel arrangements, and conferences.
- Set up and maintain department records and files.
- Custodian of the contract trackers, with responsibility to keep them up to date.
- Coordinate meetings and office communications.
- Schedule conference rooms, audio/visual equipment, and other materials as requested.
- Type and proofread formal letters, interoffice correspondence, and miscellaneous documents; compose correspondence and responses to inquiries independently.
Essential Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Public Administration, Communication Studies, or related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Valid right to work status in the UK for the whole duration of the internship.
