Are you a highly organised and customer-focused administrator ready to contribute to a busy operational team? We're seeking a dedicated Administrator to provide excellent support, ensuring smooth operations and a fantastic experience for everyone.

Location: Alma House, Grimshaw Lane, Middleton, Manchester, M24 1GQ

Contract: Office based, Permanent, Full time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:00-17:00

Salary: up to £28,000.00

What You'll Be Doing Here:

  • You'll be a key part of our team, offering fantastic administrative support to our Operational Director, Planners, and our field-based crew.
  • You'll help keep things running smoothly by updating customers with necessary documentation after work, assisting the scheduling team with job packs and site info, and accurately inputting data into our systems.
  • You'll also lend a hand with organising vehicle servicing and making sure all our electronic and paper files are tidy and easy to find, which is really important for safety and finances.
  • Plus, you'll jump in to support others across the wider team whenever needed.

What We're Looking For:

  • We're looking for someone with proven experience in a similar administrative role, especially if you've supported field-based teams and customers nationwide.
  • You'll be comfortable with IT tools like MS Outlook, Word, and Excel, and bring excellent communication and organisational skills, plus a sharp eye for detail.
  • Being professional, focused on our customers, and a supportive team player are all essential!
