We're Hiring – Office Administrator / Customer Support
We're looking for someone to join the team at JWS Coatings UK!
Hours: Monday, Wednesday & Friday
Time: 9:00am – 3:00pm
This is a varied office role where you'll be the first point of contact for our customers and help keep everything running smoothly.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Replying to customer emails
- Calling new enquiries to find out what they need
- Adding customer details into our CRM system
- Booking calls, site visits and following up with customers
- Gathering all the information needed for quotations
- Passing completed information over to the director to prepare quotes
- Chasing up quotes to help win new business
- Keeping our CRM up to date with notes and customer progress
- Reaching out to previous and new customers to build relationships
- Answering incoming office calls

Experience in an office or customer service role would be great, but attitude is more important than experience.
