Salary: From £12.71 per hour

About The Company

Wenzel’s the Bakers is a well-established and growing business with a strong presence across retail and bakery operations. Our Head Office acts as the organisational hub, supporting all areas of the business.

Role Overview

We are currently seeking an Office Administrator to join our Head Office team on Saturdays. This role is central to the smooth running of weekend operations, providing administrative support across Head Office, Bakery, and Retail divisions.

The successful candidate will act as a key point of contact for internal and external communications while ensuring efficient office management.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the first point of contact for customer service and store queries Manage business communications, including answering calls and emails Relay accurate messages to relevant departments and individuals Support internal teams and coordinate with external IT support Maintain the upkeep of kitchen and communal areas Dispatch stationery, uniforms, and other store requests Monitor web orders and ensure processing by the bakery team Implement and maintain office procedures

Salary: From £12.71 per hour Working pattern: 9:00am – 3:00pm, Saturdays Flexibility may be required based on business needs
