Role Responsibilities
- Oversee administrative tasks such as mail merges and distribution, emailing, letter writing, filing, etc.;
- Sort and distribute post and arrange all outgoing post;
- Diary management of key personnel as well as managing meetings for the Catesby team;
- Overseeing office procedures including Health and Safety and audit compliance;
- Organise the set-up and maintenance of the meeting rooms;
- Order office supplies – stationery / refreshments / IT hardware;
- Answer, screen and forward phone calls;
- Maintain front door security to control access to the building;
- Meeting and greeting of visitors to the facility ensuring they are welcomed warmly and offered help immediately;
- Interact with other departments in Catesby to assist with administrative tasks and provide support;
- Organise or assist with organisation where required for corporate, consultation and team social events and manage areas such as venue booking, invites, travel arrangements and accommodation;
- Represent the business with a positive attitude and professional appearance.

Role Requirements
- Relevant experience acquired within an office administration role;
- Sound working knowledge of computer software packages (Windows – Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe packages) and be able to use these packages to produce reports, mail merges, presentation documents, and spreadsheets;
- A willingness to learn new skills, such as graphic design;
- Strong communication skills and a real team player;
- Able to work flexibly, identifying needs and responding appropriately.
