Provide effective administrative and purchasing support to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations at the Atherstone site.

Support business functions by maintaining accurate records, processing purchasing activities efficiently, and coordinating logistics to enable engineers and service teams to focus on operational delivery.

  • Monitor and respond to emails and Teams messages in a timely manner
  • Raise purchase requisitions and ensure purchase orders (POs) are issued promptly
  • Send, track and chase purchase orders where required
  • Book in purchase orders to support timely invoice processing
  • Maintain and update the purchasing register accurately
  • Maintain purchasing files and documentation to ensure a clear audit trail
  • Arrange and coordinate collection and delivery notes
  • Create and maintain collection paperwork and registers
  • Arrange training bookings as required
  • Scan, file and manage documentation in line with company processes
  • Distribute incoming post and forward documentation to the relevant departments
  • Provide administrative support across service, engineering and sales teams
  • Support parts, collections and deliveries coordination, including chasing information where required
  • Assist with organising travel arrangements (e.g. hotels, flights) for technicians and engineers
  • Undertake additional administrative tasks as reasonably required

  • Strong organisational and administrative skills
  • Knowledge of Health & Safety awareness
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and manage a varied workload
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise across multiple departments
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Proactive and adaptable approach to a reactive workload
  • Experience working with purchasing processes or order management (desirable)
  • Enthusiastic and self-motivated
