Job Title: Physical Infrastructure Access Administrator

Job Location: Coalisland — In-office


About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our growing business. You will collaborate closely with colleagues to ensure all administration tasks related to our network build are completed in line with Openreach PIA (Physical Infrastructure Access) requirements. Full training will be provided.


Your Profile

What You Will Be Doing?

As Physical Infrastructure Access Administrator, your responsibilities will include:

  • Completing administration tasks in a timely and accurate manner
  • Reading cable maps and adding information to Openreach Map (training provided)
  • Assisting in the production of reports as required by management and wider functions
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery, meeting safety and compliance standards
  • Responding to queries and requests from across the business to support delivery
  • Quality-checking TRR (Temporary Right to Remain) maps on Arc
  • Submitting daily and weekly whereabouts to the client, including:
    • Extracting all whereabouts and populating them onto Excel
    • Uploading future works information to the Openreach (OR) portal
  • Creating Network Adjustments using Arc and the OR portal, including:
    • Generation of A55 packs
  • Generate NOIs (Notices of Intent) to notify Openreach (OR) of future structure use, extracting information from design maps
  • Identifying missing inventory from the OR portal and raising cases for resolution
  • Gathering data on D-poles, determining feasibility for work and flagging those requiring replacement by Openreach before commencing works
  • Creating SPO (Self-Provide Order) evidence to validate work meets Openreach standards
  • Liaising with design teams to ensure all design changes are recorded and uploaded to the OR portal
  • Reporting network damages to Openreach
