Corker Binning is a leading boutique law firm with specialist expertise in high profile, complex, and sensitive crime and regulatory investigations. The firm acts for a range of companies, professional firms, and private individuals, both in the UK and abroad. The partners, all leaders in their fields, are supported by a dedicated team of associates and support staff.
This role provides office administrative support services to the firm. Working within the administration team, the Office Administrator will be responsible for the presentation of the meeting spaces, the supply of the office, and supporting the Senior Administrator in the effective running of the office. Corker Binning are looking for an enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and dependable team player.

Key Responsibilities
The role holder will be responsible for the following duties and any others that come up in the daily running of the firm:
- Ensuring meeting spaces are fully stocked and prepared for meetings (involving being able to be active within different floors of the building), especially with external clients, including providing refreshments prior to meetings, heating / cooling of meeting rooms, and equipment
- Welcoming visitors to the meeting rooms
- Managing the firm’s central diary, including allocating meeting rooms and arranging Zoom meetings
- Maintaining stock of the kitchen supplies (including online ordering)
- Maintaining stock of stationery
- Collecting the firm’s post
- Arranging couriers and taxis
- Creating secure file shares for fee earners
- Assisting the team with printing
- Organising team lunches and birthdays
- Assisting the Senior Administrator in maintaining the database of contacts
- Answering phones
- Assisting arranging keys, lockers, and photos for new joiners and leavers

Location
The role is based in the office at 1 Ely Place EC1N 6RY
Required
- Experience using Microsoft Outlook and working in an office environment as a team player
