Do you enjoy structure, variety and making everyday work easier for others? We are looking for a part-time Office Administrator / Accounts Assistant to support our London branch.

We are part of Sampo Group and work with private, commercial and industrial customers. In London, our branch supports UK and international business as part of this wider Nordic insurance group.
About the Role
You will support a small professional office with practical administration and finance tasks. This includes working with colleagues, suppliers and external partners to make sure daily routines are simple, reliable and well organized.
You will mainly be responsible for:
- Keeping the office running smoothly, including supplies, facilities and supplier relationships
- Coordinating meetings, travel and office events
- Maintaining staff administration records, including holidays and absences
- Supporting health and safety routines and general office compliance
You will also provide finance and accounts support, including:
- Monitoring bank accounts and incoming premium payments
- Processing invoices, expenses and payments
- Carrying out bank reconciliations and keep financial records updated
- Supporting credit control and internal reporting

This is a three-day-per-week role. As you get to know the business, there may be opportunities to support wider operational and business administration tasks.

You also have:
- Experience in office administration, accounts support, finance administration or a similar role
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and Teams
- A positive and flexible way of working
- Experience in insurance, financial services or another regulated industry is a plus, but not a requirement
Additional Facts and the Recruitment Process

Work location: London
Pay Range: £36,000–£45,000 for a full-time position (approx. £21,600–£27,000 pro rata)
Start: The expected start date is mid-October 2026, although some flexibility may be possible.
