The Role
We are looking for an Office and Admin Assistant to join our UK, supporting the Operations and Leadership team. This is an exciting opportunity in a fast-paced, growing business where your work directly enables our leadership.
You will be supporting diary coordination, office logistics, and day-to-day admin that keeps our team running smoothly. This is not a back-office role. You will have direct exposure to our leadership, understand our business, and see the real impact of your contribution!
Key Responsibilities
- Diary and Calendar Management - Coordinate complex scheduling across multiple time zones and geographies. Handle meeting bookings, rescheduling, and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Office Operations - Oversee day-to-day office management including facilities, supplies, equipment ordering, and vendor relationships. Manage workspace setup and utilisation, IT set-up and onboarding/offboarding. Handle office maintenance issues and coordinate with facilities providers.
- Travel and Events Coordination - Coordinate travel for team members and executives including flights, accommodation, and ground transport. Support in coordinating company events, team offsites, and client entertainment. Support with event logistics and ensure smooth execution.
- Administrative Support - Provide general admin support to the team, including but not limited to, document management, and correspondence, supporting in creating decks for clients and candidates, and handling confidential information with discretion.

What We're Looking For

- Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfort with Google docs, scheduling software, and learning new tools
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work flexibly as needs shift
- Proactive mindset - you spot issues before they become problems and suggest solutions
- Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information
- A genuine interest in business and what makes companies work (you don't need to be a recruitment expert, but you should be curious)

Nice to Have
- Experience with Slack, Google Workspace, or similar collaboration tools
- Exposure to recruitment, tech, or GTM businesses
- Experience coordinating teams across multiple locations or time zones
