Office Assistant | Private Family Office | Central London - £38-40k
A private family office in London is seeking a proactive and highly organised Office Assistant to join its team.
This is a varied and hands-on position, ideal for someone who enjoys being at the heart of a business, managing front-of-house responsibilities while supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the office. Reporting to the Office Manager, you will also provide ad hoc support to senior leadership and other departments.
Key responsibilities include:
- Meeting and welcoming guests
- Managing office administration and records
- Scheduling meetings and travel arrangements
- Processing invoices and expenses
- Liaising with suppliers, contractors, and IT support
- Ordering office supplies and coordinating facilities
- Supporting internal communications and company events
- Providing administrative assistance across the business

About you:
- Previous experience in an Office Assistant, Receptionist, Administrative, PA or EA role
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills with a professional and discreet approach
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Excel
- Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Fluent in both Russian and English (essential)
