Office Assistant | Boutique Law Firm | Knightsbridge | Up to £36,000 | Permanent
A well-regarded boutique law firm based in the Knightsbridge area is looking for an Office Assistant to join them on a permanent basis. This is a varied and hands-on role sitting at the heart of the firm, supporting partners and the wider team across legal, operations, and finance.
Administrative & Team Support
- Providing administrative support to partners and the team across legal, operations, and finance
- Managing diaries, meetings, travel arrangements, and scheduling
- Coordinating internal and external meetings
- Handling incoming calls, correspondence, and general enquiries professionally
- Supporting the planning and delivery of team events and initiatives

Client & Office Coordination
- Acting as the first point of contact for clients and visitors
- Assisting with onboarding new clients and maintaining client records
- Ensuring meeting rooms and office facilities are organized and client-ready
- Supporting firm events, marketing activities, and business development initiatives
- Managing office supplies and orders
Legal & Operational Support
- Assisting with preparing legal documents, presentations, and reports
- Maintaining accurate electronic filing systems and databases
- Supporting compliance and confidentiality procedures
- Liaising with external suppliers and service providers as required

What they're looking for
- Previous experience in an administrative, team assistant, or legal office support role
- Experience within a law firm or professional services environment preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience using legal tech and AI systems
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
- Positive, proactive, and collaborative approach
