Your Responsibilities
- Office Administration & Support: Provide day-to-day administrative support to the London Head Office, managing deliveries, post, courier collections, stationery orders, reception duties, and helping maintain a professional and efficient working environment.
- Facilities & Office Operations: Support facilities management activities, coordinate maintenance requests, liaise with external suppliers, and help ensure office services run smoothly for all departments.
- Health & Safety Coordination: Assist with Health & Safety administration, including inductions, documentation, compliance tracking, and communications, while supporting the Office Manager in maintaining a safe workplace.
- Projects & Office Move Support: Contribute to key business projects, including the upcoming office move, by supporting documentation, inventories, supplier coordination to ensure a seamless transition.
- Events & Team Experience: Support the organisation of team meetings, training sessions, HQ visits, sample sales, and social events, helping to deliver a positive employee experience across the business.

Your Profile

- Organised & Detail-Oriented: Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, maintain accuracy, and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong Communicator & Team Player: Confident communicating with stakeholders at all levels, with a collaborative approach and a willingness to support colleagues across the business.
- Proactive & Adaptable: A positive and flexible attitude with the ability to work independently, take initiative, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Tech-Savvy & Administrative Minded: Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with a strong interest in office operations and administration.
- Experience & Industry Interest: Previous experience in an administrative role is a plus. Exposure to facilities management, Health & Safety, retail, fashion, or a fast-paced commercial environment would be advantageous.
