Office Administrator | Abbatt Group

Are you a highly organised, detail-driven professional looking to build a career in office support? We're looking for a proactive Recruitment Administrator to keep our back-office running smoothly and help our consultants deliver a first-class service to clients and candidates.

Ideally someone with a few years' experience gained in a similar administrative or coordination role, you will be happy managing a varied workload and have a high level of autonomy over your own tasks. This is an office-based role, working in our High Holborn office (closest stations Chancery Lane, Holborn and Farringdon).

About the Role

You'll be at the heart of our recruitment operation, supporting the wider team with compliance, candidate documentation, and the smooth day-to-day running of the business. You'll also provide ad hoc support directly to our CEO, and help organise client and office events throughout the year.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
