Office Assistant - Part time flexible hours!
Key Responsibilities
- Acting as the first point of contact, greeting visitors, and managing office badge security
- Assist executives with administrative tasks in the office, as needed
- Arranging for meetings by reserving rooms and securing refreshments
- Maintaining office equipment for smooth office functionality
- Receiving clients when they arrive and showing them the respective offices
- Conducting research and compiling data upon request – booking hotels, rides to office from airports, etc.
- Opening, sorting and distributing mail
- Managing office supplies including refreshments, stocking, ordering supplies, and ensuring communal areas are tidy
