Office Assistant
Office Assistant (London, On-Site) – A Reliable Backbone for Creatio’s Team

We are now expanding our team in London and are seeking an attentive, accountable, and growth-driven Office Assistant to support our day-to-day operations. This role is ideal for someone with limited experience, but we prize initiative, reliability, and a desire to learn—training will be provided.
Responsibilities
- Lead Office Operations: Oversee and optimise the day-to-day function of the London office, ensuring a well-organized, efficient, and welcome environment.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with IT, Marketing, and other departments to manage office services, equipment, merchandise, and cross-functional projects.
- Vendor & Supplier Coordination: Liaise with vendors, landlords, and service providers to ensure smooth delivery of workplace services, maintenance, procurement, and support.
- Employee Onboarding/Offboarding: Partner with IT to facilitate workspace access, welcome kits, equipment, and administrative processes for new and departing team members.
- Office Asset Management: Track, distribute, stock, and replenish office supplies, company merchandise, and inventory.
- Event & Meeting Management: Organise executive visits, client meetings, internal events, catering, and business hospitality with a high standard of professionalism.
- Administrative & Compliance: Maintain office records, expense tracking, reporting, and documentation in compliance with company policies and budgets.
- Frontline Support: Be the primary point of contact for office inquiries, proactively addressing needs to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements
- Fluency in English (advanced or higher).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and collaboration tools (Microsoft Teams).
- Attention to detail—with a proactive, ownership-driven approach to problem-solving.
- Strong communication skills, balancing professionalism with friendliness.
- Organisational acumen—excellent multitasking and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Nice to Have (Not Mandatory!)
- Previous experience in Office Management, Workplace Operations, or Administration.
- Hands-on experience in vendor coordination, facilities management, procurement, or event logistics.
- Familiarity with office budgets, inventory systems, or high-volume administrative processes.
- Exposure to executive hospitality, client entertainment, or leading corporate events.
