Cleaner – Part-Time Role
Location: Karntek location (varied by client) Hours: 15 hours per week (flexible, with potential for additional hours)
Join our team and help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for staff, customers, and visitors across our client sites. We’re looking for a reliable, hardworking individual with attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
About the Role
This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys both independent and team-based tasks, and recognises the importance of hygiene and cleanliness.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Performing daily cleaning duties including floors, surfaces, restrooms, and common areas
- Ensuring client environments are sanitised, presentable, and safe
- Operatively working in ALL weather conditions & at all heights
- Measuring your own performance to set goals
- Working independently with minimal supervision

Key Responsibilities
- General housekeeping, including vacuuming, mopping, wet wiping, and partial polishing
- Restroom maintenance, such as refilling soap, stocking paper towels, emptying waste bins, and toilet cleaning (high pressure non-alcoholic sanitizers)
- Changing pin dots, lids, and plungers
- Operating the electrostatic sprayer
Key Requirements
✓ Ability to work independently and manage time effectively ✓ Confident & experienced working at heights (stepladder or higher) ✓ Confident & experienced working in the cold ✓ Individuals with cleaning experience preferred (optional) ✓ DBS (Disclosure & Barring Service) may be required ✓ Ability to follow detailed instructions
