As a Cleaning Operative at ENVÓ, based in Grantham, you will be expected to maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic office environment by performing routine cleaning tasks, ensuring workspaces are presentable, and supporting a healthy, productive atmosphere for all staff and visitors. This role contributes directly to the smooth operation of the organization by upholding high standards of cleanliness and workplace care efforts, while maintaining efficient waste management and recycling practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Sorting and Handling: Sort all materials into the correct designated areas. Ensure all chemicals are stored safely.
- Quality Control: Inspect and assess incoming SDA materials and fridges to ensure compliance with recycling standards and company requirements.
- Safety and Compliance: Follow all health, safety, and environmental regulations, particularly those relating to the handling of chemicals and cleaning products. Report any safety concerns or equipment malfunctions immediately.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members and supervisors to meet daily expectations.
- Task Compliance: Ensure all tasks are carried out daily.

Additional Duties
- Housekeeping & Compliance: Maintain a clean and organised workspace, following company policies, risk assessments, and safe operating procedures. Report any problems to the HSE team.
