At Arcus, cleaners are a vital part of our company, and we are looking to recruit an Part Time Office Cleaner based in Milton Keynes on a permanent basis. Mon - Friday 6:00am - 9:00am - 15 hours per week with an hourly rate of £13.45 per hour.
Arcus cleaners take pride in keeping our customer's offices clean, safe and tidy, maintaining the highest standard of cleaning so that all areas are presentable, safe, and hygienic for employees, clients, and visitors.
What You'll Be Doing
Duties will consist of but are not limited to:
- Clean office areas, including desks, meeting rooms, reception areas, corridors, and restrooms.
- Empty bins/clean fridges.
- Vacuum carpets, sweep, and mop hard floors.
- Wipe down and disinfect surfaces such as desks, countertops, and door handles.
- Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors as required.
- Replenish supplies in restrooms, kitchens, and break rooms (e.g., soap, paper towels, toilet paper).
- Report any maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor promptly.
- Follow proper cleaning and health & safety procedures, including use of PPE and cleaning chemicals.
- Ensure cleaning equipment and supplies are stored safely and maintained in good condition.

What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in commercial or office cleaning (preferred but not required as on the job training will be provided).
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, supplies, and safe handling procedures.
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
- Attention to detail and a high standard of cleanliness.
- Good time management and reliability.
- Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks (standing, lifting, bending, etc).

Other Factors
- Indoor office environment.
- May require early morning, evening, or weekend shifts depending on office hours.
- Use of cleaning equipment and chemicals (training provided).
- Uniform provided.
