Are you confident, friendly, super organised and looking for an all round office support role in a vibrant friendly PR team? We have a great opportunity to join a sociable, friendly and growing PR office in Victoria where you can really make an impact. Our client, a communications consultancy which brings together corporate communications, public affairs, research, strategy and creativity needs a great office assistant to work collaboratively with key Directors in the executive team and to help support the functioning of the wider office.
This is a friendly and social office environment, client facing and fast moving. You will be responsible for providing organisational support to the Executive team, helping to manage diaries, correspondence and business activities. We are looking for candidates who have a positive attitude, hands on approach and who are keen to enhance their operations and team assistant skills in a friendly, rewarding, interesting and collaborative environment. Some previous relevant experience is required.

- Proactively supporting management of the reception and meeting room coordination and set up for internal and external meetings /events to a high standard and in line with the team’s requirements.
- Arranging travel and accommodation for the senior team as and when required, producing clear itinerary documents, updating relevant diaries.
- Supporting senior team with production of presentations and client-facing materials and attending senior meetings to take notes and record actions, when required.
- Answering and directing all incoming calls and communications, managing the reception desk, and greeting visitors to the office.
- Organising lunches and company socials – both internally and externally, working with the Office Co-ordinator and ad hoc monitoring and ordering office consumables.
- Supporting marketing events (catering, set-up, database research, recording RSVPs) and recruitment (posting job ads, scheduling interviews).
