Office Coordinator

Office Coordinator – Luxury Fashion, London

Salary: £30-32k Location: Fully Office Based

Our client, an internationally renowned luxury fashion house, is searching for a proactive Office Coordinator to join their London Head Office. This fully office-based role combines office management and HR support.

About the Role

You’ll play a pivotal角色 in ensuring the office runs seamlessly while collaborating with HR for:

  • Onboarding and Learning & Development (L&D)
  • Internal communications and employee events

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee front-of-house operations, facilities, and Health & Safety (H&S) for the Head Office
  • Manage budgets, invoices, and supplier relationships
  • Assist HR with:
    • Recruitment administration
    • Inductions
    • Maintenance of the L&D tracker
  • Coordinate internal communications, including newsletters and announcements (e.g. starters/promotions)
  • Lead the social committee, planning events, parties, and team celebrations

Requirements

  • Experience in a fast-paced, luxury or client-driven environment—preferably as a Receptionist or Office Coordinator
  • Strong organisation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; fluency in a second language (e.g., French) is a plus
