As an Office Coordinator Administration Apprentice, this apprenticeship will put you at the centre of a busy project office, where you will support teams, visitors and consultants while building strong business administration skills in a fast-paced, professional environment.

About The Role
As an Office Coordinator Administration Apprentice, you will be at the heart of a busy project office, supporting site teams, consultants and visitors while developing strong business administration skills.
This is a varied, hands-on role that will build your confidence, organisation and communication skills while working towards a Business Administration Level 3 Apprenticeship.
You will be supported throughout your apprenticeship by SWAC, your host team at Gilbert-Ash, and your specialist training provider Weston College.

What You Will Be Doing
With support and training, you will learn how to:
- Open and close the project office and manage the switchboard professionally
- Welcome visitors and present a positive, professional company image
- Provide general office and project administration support
- Maintain records, files and site documentation
- Support meeting organisation and office facilities
- Assist with document control and project systems
- Support site teams with sustainability data, apprenticeship records and reporting
- Help maintain health, safety, quality and environmental procedures
No two days will be the same and you will gain real experience in a live construction project environment.
Who This Apprenticeship Is For
This role would suit someone who is:
- Organised, reliable and keen to learn
- Confident communicating with different people
- Comfortable working as part of a team and using their own initiative
- Interested in administration, construction or project environments
Essential
Entry Requirements
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English
- Eligibility to work in the UK
Desirable (but Not Essential)
- Some previous work experience
- Confidence using Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
