Overview Of Role
We are looking for an experienced and highly organised Office Coordinator to oversee the smooth day-to-day running of our busy office. This is a varied and rewarding role where you will play a key part in ensuring operational efficiency and a positive working environment across the business. You will coordinate administrative activities, manage office systems and processes, act as a central point of contact for colleagues and external stakeholders, and support senior management with a range of documentation and projects. You will also oversee scheduling, meetings and travel arrangements, while managing office supplies, budgets and supplier relationships. If you enjoy taking ownership, improving processes and making a real impact, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

- An experienced office professional with excellent organisational and administrative skills
- Capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- A confident communicator who can build effective relationships with people at all levels
- Provides a professional service to both internal and external stakeholders
- Proactive approach and excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable working independently, solving problems, and identifying opportunities to improve the way things are done
