Playtech's Site Operations unit is looking for a proactive Office Coordinator, excellent communication skills.

You'll be a key member of the Site Operations team at front of house, helping shape the workplace experience, delivering office projects, supporting events and contributing ideas that improve how our office operates.

Job Description

Your influential mission. You will...

  • Deliver a professional and welcoming experience for employees, clients and visitors
  • Monitor and manage stationery and refreshment stock levels
  • Manage incoming and outgoing post and deliveries.
  • Coordinate meeting rooms, catering and visitor logistics.
  • Cooperate with the building reception and security team
  • Book visitors and contractors and manage visitor access passes
  • Coordinate office repairs and maintenance, acting as a key contact for suppliers
  • Book taxis as required
  • Assist with office events, socials and wellbeing initiatives.
  • Support the Office Manager with the day-to-day running of the office.
  • Help improve office processes and employee experience initiatives.
  • Support our employer brand by helping to create and share engaging content across our social media channels

Qualifications

Components for success. You have...

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Previous administrative experience
  • Excellent attention to detail, a warm and friendly disposition
  • Strong skills in Outlook and Excel
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • An impeccable telephone manner and excellent written skills
