We are looking for an Office Coordinator to support the daily operations within the site administration team on a temporary basis on a 2-month fixed term contract. As a key member of the Sensient team, you will be required to push boundaries and innovate onsite in the office, 5 days per week.
What you’ll do:
- Promptly answer incoming telephone calls professionally and in strict compliance with Sensient expectations.
- Receive and distribute incoming mail and process outgoing mail and small packages.
- Supports staff travel requirements, hire car bookings, hotels, taxi, etc.
- Assist the customer service department and expeditor with mail merges, filing, scanning, collating C of A’s, order acknowledgements, reports, order progressing and other administrative tasks as required.
- Monitor the inventory of office supplies, canteen and meeting rooms and order supplies as needed.
- Facilitate staff social events and company meeting events, customer visits, auditors, etc.
- Support HR with candidate interview scheduling, monthly medical scheduling, organization charts.
- To be the company training coordinator, raising reqs, booking courses, and maintaining training matrix.
- EHS Safety administration support.
- Support the quality department with compliance administration.

What you’ll bring:
- Strong communication skills, including ability to capture the detail of a situation and communicate accurately, professionally and completely, verbally and in writing.
- Effective personal time management, organization skills and ability to multitask while maintaining high degrees of attention to detail and poise under pressure.
- Intermediate proficiency in all Microsoft office systems (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Knowledge of working with MRP systems would be advantageous but JDE training is provided.
- Previous administrator experience at an intermediate level.
- NVQ Level 2 or college diploma – business/commercial.
