About Tekton
Tekton is an independent, privately-owned, family-run software business, born out of the frustrations with legacy billing systems. We believed there had to be a better way to manage telecoms billing in the 21st Century.
Today, our award-winning platform helps hundreds of technology providers automate complex billing and business processes across the UK.
As we continue to grow, we're looking for an organised, proactive, and dependable Office & Finance Manager to help keep our business running smoothly.
This is a varied role at the heart of the business, combining finance administration, office management, HR administration, compliance, and executive support. You'll work closely with our CEO and leadership team while supporting every department across the business.
The Role
We're looking for someone who enjoys being organised, takes pride in getting the details right, and loves making sure everything runs smoothly.
You'll become the person that people turn to when they need something organizing, solving, or coordinating.
Whether it's raising customer invoices, onboarding a new starter, preparing documents for an ISO audit, organising a company social, or making sure suppliers are paid on time, you'll play an important role in keeping Tekton operating efficiently.
If you're naturally organised, enjoy variety, and like working in a friendly, growing business where your contribution genuinely matters, we'd love to hear from you.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
