We’re looking for an Office Junior / Junior PA to join Knock Knock

This is an entry-level role for someone organised, proactive and eager to build a career in production within a creative studio.

You’ll support the day-to-day running of the office while gaining exposure to how projects are made, from development through to delivery. Alongside core admin and PA duties, we’re open to someone with a creative streak who’d enjoy contributing to our internal social channels, helping to capture and share the culture and work of the studio. This is very much a production pathway role, with opportunities to grow into on-set and production responsibilities over time.

We’re an employee-owned creative production studio working with a global roster of clients, including Ralph Lauren, Burberry, Three Mobile and Virgin. We care deeply about the work we make and the way we make it.

Our office is based in Southwark, and this is a fully office-based role, requiring you to be on-site full-time.

Please read this job carefully thoroughly to ensure you apply correctly.

What you’ll be doing

  • Supporting the smooth running of the office day-to-day
  • Assisting producers and the wider team with admin tasks and scheduling
  • Managing diaries, bookings and general PA support for senior team members
  • Greeting clients and helping host attended sessions
  • Supporting shoots and productions with prep, logistics and research
  • Helping organise internal systems, files and project materials
  • Assisting with deliveries and general coordination across projects
  • Contributing to internal social content, capturing moments in the office or on set

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
