Fidarsi is partnering with a leading hedge fund to appoint an experienced Office Manager to join the business on a 12-month maternity cover contract.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-performing, fast-paced environment where you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the London office while supporting a collaborative and professional team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the office
- Acting as the main point of contact for office suppliers and vendors
- Coordinating facilities, maintenance and office services
- Managing meeting rooms, events and internal hospitality
- Ordering office supplies and overseeing budgets
- Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes
- Working closely with HR, Finance and Executive Assistants on business-wide initiatives
- Helping to foster a positive office culture and employee experience
- Supporting ad-hoc projects as the business continues to grow

About You:
- Previous Office Manager experience within financial services (hedge fund, investment management, private equity, banking or similar)
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proactive, approachable and solutions-focused
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
