At Bionic, we make it radically easier for small businesses to sort their essentials—insurance, energy, finance, and more. Behind that mission is a high-performing, fast-moving team… and that only works when the environment around them runs flawlessly.

That’s where you come in.

The role

We’re looking for an energetic, organised, and proactive Office Manager to keep the engine running day-to-day. This is a hands-on role at the centre of our business ideal for someone who wants to take ownership and build a strong foundation in office management.

If you’re the kind of person who spots what needs doing before anyone asks, you’ll thrive here.

In this pivotal role, you’ll be the heartbeat of our London office environment, making sure everything runs like clockwork. From managing supplies and liaising with building management to coordinating internal events, you’ll play a key role in shaping a workplace where our talented team can thrive. You’ll also be a friendly first point of contact for visitors and new joiners, and a driving force behind a smooth, collaborative, and future-ready office.

Key responsibilities

Office Management (your core focus)

  • Own the day-to-day running of the office - making sure everything just works
  • Manage supplies, deliveries, post, and supplier relationships
  • Keep meeting rooms and shared spaces consistently organised and ready to go
  • Support onboarding for new starters - creating a great first day experience and office awareness
  • Support coordination of office events, team days, and socials
  • Be the go-to person for “how things work”

Front of House

  • Welcome visitors and create a professional, friendly first impression
  • Manage reception and help deliver a great in-office experience for the team

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
