Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of the office. The successful candidate will ensure a smooth and efficient workplace, support employees, manage vendors and facilities, and foster a positive office environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily office operations and administrative activities.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for office-related matters.
  • Coordinate office facilities, maintenance, repairs, and health & safety requirements.
  • Manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
  • Oversee office budgets, expenses, invoices, and procurement processes.
  • Organize company events, meetings, and employee engagement activities.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and ensure timely replenishment.
  • Support onboarding of new employees, including workspace setup and office orientation.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodation, and meeting logistics as required.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures.
  • Support leadership with ad-hoc administrative and operational tasks.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in Office Administration, Facilities Management, or Office Management.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience managing vendors, budgets, and office facilities.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
