Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of the office. The successful candidate will ensure a smooth and efficient workplace, support employees, manage vendors and facilities, and foster a positive office environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations and administrative activities.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for office-related matters.
- Coordinate office facilities, maintenance, repairs, and health & safety requirements.
- Manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
- Oversee office budgets, expenses, invoices, and procurement processes.
- Organize company events, meetings, and employee engagement activities.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and ensure timely replenishment.
- Support onboarding of new employees, including workspace setup and office orientation.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodation, and meeting logistics as required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures.
- Support leadership with ad-hoc administrative and operational tasks.

Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience in Office Administration, Facilities Management, or Office Management.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience managing vendors, budgets, and office facilities.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
