We're recruiting on behalf of our client, a hugely successful and fast-growing technology recruitment business, who are looking for an ambitious Office Manager to become the operational heartbeat of their Manchester office.
This is a brilliant opportunity for an Office Manager looking to step into a broad, high-impact role. Working closely with the leadership team, you'll oversee day-to-day operations while supporting finance, marketing, CRM, culture and business administration within a dynamic, high-growth environment. The role offers genuine scope to develop as the business continues to scale.

- Contract: Permanent
- Working Pattern: Office-based with 1 day WFH potential
- Salary: £32,000–£35,000 DOE
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager within a fast-paced business
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
- Strong operational mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience supporting finance administration, CRM management and office operations
- Confident coordinating meetings, onboarding and internal events
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Tech-savvy with strong Microsoft Office skills
- Proactive, hands-on approach with the confidence to work autonomously
- Looking for a long-term opportunity with genuine progression as the business grows
