Office Manager
📍 Location: London Victoria (Hybrid)
We're looking for a proactive, personable Office Manager to become the heart of our growing business. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and loves creating an organised, welcoming workplace.
Ideally, you'll have previous Office Management or Operations experience, with experience in a recruitment environment being highly desirable.
What You'll Be Doing
As our Office Manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office while supporting the wider business as we continue to grow.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the day-to-day operations of our London office.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with external suppliers and service providers.
- Managing office supplies, stock levels, and technology equipment.
- Keeping the office organised, well-presented, and running efficiently.
- Planning office events, celebrations, and seasonal decorations.
- Booking business travel and coordinating logistics.
- Managing our CRM systems, including Bullhorn.
- Supporting the team with ad hoc operational projects and ensuring an exceptional employee experience.

About You
We're looking for someone who is:
- Experienced in Office Management or Operations (ideally from a recruitment or staffing business)
- Friendly, approachable, and highly personable.
- A natural relationship builder who enjoys working with people.
- Exceptionally organised with strong attention to detail.
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Comfortable taking ownership and continuously looking for ways to improve how things are done.
