Key Responsibilities
As Office Manager, you will take ownership of the day-to-day operations of a multi-floor UK head office, leading facilities management, health & safety compliance, vendor relationships, budgeting and workplace projects. You'll manage a direct report, oversee office services and logistics, coordinate corporate travel and accommodation, and provide executive support to senior leadership. This is a highly visible position that combines operational management, people leadership and strategic project delivery, making it ideal for someone who enjoys variety and thrives in a dynamic environment.

Key Requirements
We're looking for an experienced Office or Facilities Manager with a proven track record of running busy corporate environments. You will have strong organisational and leadership skills, experience managing suppliers and budgets, and confidence supporting senior stakeholders. Knowledge of UK health and safety regulations is essential, while experience coordinating corporate travel, managing workplace projects and leading a small team would be highly advantageous. Above all, we're seeking a proactive individual who takes ownership, drives continuous improvement and creates a positive, professional workplace experience for employees and visitors alike.

Compensation
In return, they are looking to pay a basic salary of up to £58,000, depending on experience. The role offers the opportunity to join a growing international business. Work in a broad and varied role with senior stakeholder exposure in a leadership role with responsibility with direct people management. The company has a collaborative and supportive company culture with the opportunity to impact and shape the way the UK office is run and managed.
