Job Summary

As our Office Manager, you will play a key role in creating a positive, engaging and well-organised workplace at Leaf Living. With a strong focus on office management, you will ensure our workspaces run smoothly, efficiently and reflect our values. Alongside this, you will support employee engagement initiatives and help foster strong connections across the business. This role blends office management, people experience and events, requiring excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, credibility and a warm, approachable style.

As a part of the People and Culture team, you will report directly into the Head of People. You will need to act as an ambassador for the company, championing our company values and creating a consistently positive, welcoming experience for everyone you interact with — including employees, contractors, vendors, suppliers and external partners.

The role is predominantly based in our London office, with adhoc reimbursed travel to our Reading office.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
