Office Manager
We are looking for an experienced, proactive and highly organised Office Manager to join our growing signage business at our office in Chandlers Ford Industrial Estate.
This is a varied and influential role sitting at the heart of the business. Working closely with the management team, you will help ensure our finance administration, people processes, systems and day-to-day office operations run efficiently.
Location: Chandlers Ford Industrial Estate, Hampshire
Salary: £30,000 per annum
Working Hours: Full-time, permanent, with flexibility around school hours and a minimum of three days per week in the office
Start Date: As soon as possible
Reporting to: Managing Director

Duties
- Maintain accurate financial records using Xero and Excel.
- Raise customer invoices, manage credit control and actively chase overdue payments.
- Process supplier invoices, maintain creditor records and support scheduled business payments.
- Maintain clear cash-flow information
- Support weekly management reporting and performance tracking
- Oversee the smooth day-to-day running of the Chandlers Ford office.
- Manage utilities, insurance, telephone contracts, service providers and other business services.

Further responsibilities
- Maintain organised records, contracts, compliance information, office supplies and equipment.
- Support the Management with reporting, administration and key business priorities.
- Maintain employee records and support onboarding, offboarding, contracts, holidays, absence and payroll changes.
- Assist with recruitment administration, training records and internal communications.
- Support the effective use of Xero and other business systems.
- Maintain accurate Excel trackers and management information.
- Coordinate with external IT, telephone and software providers.
- Identify opportunities to improve systems, processes and administrative efficiency.
About you
You will be someone who enjoys bringing structure, accuracy and energy to a busy business environment. You will be confident working independently, while also building strong relationships across the team.

- Previous experience in an Office Manager, Finance Administrator or Business Support role.
- Strong working knowledge of Xero, Excel and general business technology.
- Experience in credit control, invoicing and finance administration.
- Experience supporting HR and employee administration.
- Excellent organisation, attention to detail and the confidence to chase actions and information.
- A proactive, practical and solution-focused approach.
- A professional and approachable communication style.
Experience within signage, print, manufacturing, construction or another job-based business would be useful, but is not essential.
What we offer
- Salary of £30,000 per annum.
